Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking a Static AC Engineer to join our team on client sites in London. The role involves maintenance and reactive tasks on HVAC plant, with duties including PDA tasking, risk assessments, and use of CAFM systems. You will liaise with clients and contract managers to coordinate work and asset management.

The role requires experience in HVAC/building services, F-Gas qualifications, and a flexible approach to hours and problem solving on site.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site.
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments.
• Use client portal and CAFM system if required.
• Provide reports for further works as needed.
• Liaise with the client regarding work completed and any additional works.
• Update contract managers with site information and asset management.

Job Description

Job Role: Static AC Engineer

Location: UCL London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Start Date: ASAP

Skills Required

• Industry qualifications including F-Gas
• Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
• A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
• Other skills preferable, mechanical, basic electrical, basic plumbing, Identification and adaptability. Must have
• experience with AHU’s and FCU’s
• Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
• Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
• Positive attitude “can do will do”.
• Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
• Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales
• Provide technical support to administration staff as required.

Job Duties

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
• Use client portal and CAFM system if required
• Provide Further works reports where required
• Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
• Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable
• Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday.
