Henley Chase in Yateley, Hampshire is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our permanent team. You will install, service and repair a range of air conditioning systems across commercial sites, working from our Yateley office.

The role includes fault finding, maintenance, and on-site customer service, with opportunities for long-term progression. The ideal candidate has proven experience in AC, a valid F-Gas Category 1 certificate, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
• Experience on split systems, VRV/VRF, multi-splits and chillers is advantageous.
• F-Gas Category 1 Certification (essential).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
• Carry out fault finding and diagnostics on a range of AC equipment.
• Install new air conditioning systems where required.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Accurately complete job reports and service documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company on site.
• Liaise with the office team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
