Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to cover the Surrey region, including Berkshire, Hampshire and West Sussex. You will service, maintain and install air conditioning systems on domestic and commercial sites, with a company van provided for personal use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in servicing, maintenance and installation of air conditioning equipment.
• Must be customer facing.
• Based within a commutable distance of Guildford (45 minutes).
• Full UK driving licence.
• F‑Gas qualification and NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, breakdown and fault finding on air conditioning equipment (VRV/VRF/splits/multi-splits).
• Installations where required.
• Work without mandatory overtime; self-directed.

Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, West Sussex
Salary: £40,000 to £48,000

Air Conditioning Engineer required for a HVAC services provider based in Surrey, operating across the Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex areas. The role will involve reactive and planned service and maintenance across both domestic and commercial sites, as well as some installation works. Sites range from large domestic housing to commercial sites such as offices, schools and hotels.

Responsibilities

The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for servicing, maintenance, breakdown and fault‑finding tasks on air conditioning equipment such as VRV's, VRF's, splits and multi‑splits, as well as small installations.

• Perform reactive and planned service and maintenance on domestic and commercial sites.
• Carry out installation works.
• Provide self‑directed work with no call‑out rota or mandatory overtime.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in servicing, maintenance and installation of a range of air conditioning equipment.
• Must be customer facing.
• Based within a commutable distance of the patch, e.g. within 45 minutes of Guildford.
• Full UK driving licence.
• F‑Gas and NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in air conditioning.

Remuneration

• Basic salary £40,000 – £48,000 DOE.
• No mandatory call‑out rota.
• Package negotiable.
• Voluntary overtime available (no extensive hours).
• Company van provided with personal use.
