Job summary

Limbic is seeking an ABM & Marketing Executive to grow our presence across the UK mental health market. This junior but high-impact role focuses on account-based marketing for NHS Talking Therapies and wider services, with autonomy and rapid learning in a mission-driven AI company.

You'll support content, campaigns, webinars, events, CRM, and day-to-day execution, testing ideas and shaping strategies alongside the UK General Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a marketing role, internship, or similar commercial environment.
• Strong interest in B2B marketing and ABM.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfort with autonomy and hands-on contribution in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver ABM activities across priority UK accounts.
• Research target organisations and stakeholders to build account plans.
• Shape and implement engagement strategies for priority accounts.
• Coordinate tailored outreach across email, LinkedIn, webinars, events.
• Collaborate with the UK General Manager to keep engagement timely.
• Support broader UK marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Create marketing assets: one-pagers, case studies, emails, social content.
• Use AI marketing tools to improve research, content, and productivity.
• Maintain CRM and track engagement and performance.
• Assist with webinars, roundtables, conferences and market activity.
• Contribute to market research and campaign reporting.
• Take ownership of projects with high autonomy.
