Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced ABM & DBM Marketing Manager for the UK & Ireland Marketing Team. You will translate account and deal strategies into tailored campaigns, content, and executive engagement to move opportunities forward.

You’ll work with sales, presales, bid and account teams, shaping tailored activity per priority account, and you’ll influence pipeline and deal outcomes through data-driven marketing plans and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B marketing experience with ABM/DBM or deal support.
• Experience designing 1:1 or 1:few campaigns for named accounts.
• Marketing tech services or complex B2B propositions experience.
• Worked closely with sales/presales/bid or account teams to support live opportunities.
• Built joint account or deal plans with sales/bid teams.
• Understands ABM/DBM impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Keeps up with ABM and MarTech developments.
• Ability to make timely decisions and own outcomes.
• Experience in technology, professional services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Matomo and LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting partner marketing or co-selling.
• WordPress, Drupal or similar CMS knowledge.
• Use of account intelligence, intent signals and engagement data.

Responsibilities

• Develop account and deal marketing plans.
• Create tailored ABM/DBM plans for priority accounts and live pursuits.
• Work with sales, presales and bid teams to support the pursuit.
• Collaborate to understand client, buying committee, win themes and deal strategy.
• Deliver targeted campaigns and content for accounts.
• Lead personalised campaigns including digital activity and executive outreach.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with senior sales and bid teams.
• Measure impact and provide insights to refine future campaigns.
