This launchpad role is designed for graduates or those with minimal prior experience, offering mentorship and exposure to the latest AI tools while you build real performance marketing skills in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or candidates with little to no professional experience, eager to learn digital marketing.
• Active interest in AI and familiarity with modern AI tools.
• Analytical thinker with creative curiosity and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on AI workflows, prompts, and agents to boost research, creative work, analysis, and campaign ops.
• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns across major platforms.
• Develop new ad angles and creative hypotheses for rapid testing at scale.
• Improve full-funnel conversion rates through A/B and multivariate testing.
• Interrogate data from our data warehouse and translate insights into action.
