Job summary

Ant Marketing is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to join the Abandoned Basket Team. You will contact customers who started online purchases but did not finish, guiding them over the phone to complete the sale.

Based in Sheffield, the role is office-based with a hybrid option. The pay is £12.71 per hour for 37.5–40 hours per week, with start date immediately after training and opportunities to move to hybrid working.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months' sales experience is essential.
• Previous outbound telesales, retention, or customer sales experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over the telephone.
• A positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude.
• Good computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Contacting customers who have abandoned their online basket.
• Understanding why they did not complete their purchase.
• Answering customer questions and overcoming any concerns.
• Guiding customers through the purchase process over the phone.
• Delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Accurately updating customer information using our CRM system.
