Job summary

Gloucestershire College is seeking a passionate learner support practitioner to mentor and empower students aged 16+. You will be adaptable, build positive relationships and help learners achieve their potential, including those with SEND and EAL.

The role emphasises inclusive learning, safeguarding and active engagement in learning sessions and activities, with opportunities to contribute to a supportive college community.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with additional learning needs, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and autism.
• Experience working with learners aged 16+.
• Experience supporting learners with English as an Additional Language (EAL).
• Confidence in delivering and leading learning sessions or activities.
