Cambridge Regional College is seeking a Learning Support Mentor on a full-time, term-time basis for the Cambridge Campus. You will work with teachers to raise learning attainment and promote social inclusion and independence among learners.
The role involves supporting students across vocational areas to access the curriculum and fulfil their potential, with duties including adapting materials and assisting with therapy interventions where appropriate.

You will get the opportunity to support students in all vocational areas of the college and assist them to access the curriculum, participate in learning and fulfil their potential.
You will need to be able to use your own initiative while out in support of learners, dealing with situations with tact and empathy.
The need to be flexible in your approach is imperative.
You will need to be qualified to GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths and ideally have experience of working with people with SEND.
