Chichester College Group is seeking a Teaching and Learning Manager to lead the A Level provision, driving high standards in teaching, learning, assessment and student experience. You will coach staff, use data to improve outcomes, and oversee quality assurance and curriculum development to ensure ambitious, inclusive provision aligned with College priorities.

• A relevant teaching qualification (e.g. Cert. in Education, PGCE, Level 5 Diploma in Teaching).
• Up to date knowledge of curriculum and teaching and learning, proven through continuing professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day management of the A Level provision, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Drive outstanding student outcomes by monitoring progress, attendance, retention and achievement.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to teaching staff, promoting high-quality practice and accountability.
• Lead quality assurance and curriculum development activities, ensuring programmes remain ambitious and aligned with College priorities.
