Chichester College Group in Chichester seeks an experienced Head of Learning to lead the STEM provision, including Engineering and Digital disciplines. You will shape strategy, raise teaching quality, and strengthen employer links to ensure excellent learner outcomes across a broad portfolio.

Success requires senior leadership experience, delivery of strategic objectives, and the ability to inspire staff and learners in a large educational environment.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification and relevant subject expertise.
• Experience of leading, managing or coordinating staff within an educational setting.
• A proven track record of improving teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
