Chichester College is seeking an experienced Teaching and Learning Manager to lead our A Level provision. The role requires a strong track record in A Level teaching and experience in leading a course or provision, driving high standards of teaching, student progress and achievement.

You will lead day-to-day management, monitor progress and use data to secure continuous improvement, while coaching staff and shaping curriculum delivery to ensure an outstanding student experience.

Formación

• A proven track record of teaching and assessment to a high standard in A Levels.
• Experience leading a course, subject area or A Level provision.
• Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum and teaching and learning with CPD.
• A teaching qualification (e.g. Cert in Education, PGCE, Level 5 Diploma).

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day management of the A Level provision to ensure high teaching standards.
• Drive student progress, attendance, retention and achievement using data to identify priorities.
• Provide leadership, coaching and professional development for teaching staff.
• Lead quality assurance and curriculum development aligned with College priorities.
