Teaching Vacancies is seeking a Group Curriculum Director of A Levels on a maternity cover basis. The role provides strategic leadership for A Level provision across the College Group, driving excellence in outcomes and curriculum innovation.

Working with Principals and senior leaders, you will shape strategies to improve teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring a high-quality student experience across campuses and partnerships with universities and employers.

Formación

• Significant leadership experience within Further Education or Higher Education leadership.
• Strong track record of improving educational performance and learner outcomes.
• Experience of managing large, complex curriculum areas and multi-site teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for A Level provision across the Group.
• Drive excellence in teaching, learning and assessment through innovative approaches and professional development.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance student achievement, retention and progression outcomes.
• Collaborate with curriculum leaders across campuses to ensure consistency and innovation.
• Develop and implement ambitious curriculum strategies informed by learner needs and labour market intelligence.
• Manage significant budgets, resources and income targets while ensuring value for money.
• Lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams across multiple campuses.
• Build partnerships with employers, universities and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse performance data to drive improvements and strategic decisions.
