CPJ Recruitment is seeking an A&D Specification Sales Manager for premium KBB interiors. The role is field-based and home-based in the South East region, covering area codes such as SL RG SG LU AL HP HA UB.

You will engage directly with architects, interior designers, project managers and design practices to specify an elite range of premium interior products. You will own the sales process from initial specification through to contractor and end-user, with autonomy to build on an existing

Qualificações

• Proven experience specifying interior products directly to architects and interior designers (A&D)
• Track record of winning and converting A&D specification projects, not just managing existing accounts
• Polished, credible presenting to design practices at the highest level
• Previous experience as a Specification Sales Manager (A&D) is essential

Responsabilidades

• Promote and specify elite premium interior products to the A&D community (architects, interior designers, project managers, design practices) in the South East region
• Manage the sales process through to contractor, end-user and D&B contractors
• Develop and nurture long-term specifier relationships to drive repeat business
• Represent the brand at CPD presentations and Lunch & Learns
