Job summary

Bicester Village, part of The Bicester Collection, is seeking a Guest Relations Ambassador to deliver extraordinary hospitality across The Apartment and Western Terrace at the on-site luxury Village. You will greet domestic and international guests, create tailored itineraries, handle concierge-style requests, support visits and events, and recommend premium food and beverages with confident menu guidance.

The role requires polished presentation, strong service delivery, discretion, and fluency

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or premium retail.
• Ability to deliver 5-star guest experiences.
• Barista and/or food & beverage experience desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a 5-star luxury hospitality experience as a brand ambassador for Bicester Village.
• Support day-to-day operations of The Apartment and Western Terrace.
• Create tailored guest itineraries and concierge-style services.
• Support VIC and VVIC visits and exclusive events with flawless execution, including premium beverages.
• Promote Village services and handle guest queries while adhering to standards.
