Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Guest Experience Operations Manager for Bicester Village. You will lead the day-to-day guest experience, oversee major guest facilities, and ensure high standards across the Village.

You will open/close the Village and run daily inspections with Directors, while coordinating staffing with suppliers. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail/hospitality setting, including evenings and bank

Qualifications

• Experience in premium or luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication and organisational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Drive, resilience and flexibility.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Collaborative approach across multiple teams.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day guest experience operation at Bicester Village.
• Open and close the Village.
• Oversee key guest facilities including the Concierge Centre, Train Station and Coach Group Welcome Centre.
• Lead daily inspections and morning briefings.
• Work with Directors to maintain high standards across the Village.
• Manage the team rota and liaise with suppliers to ensure full staffing.
• Resolve guest issues in the moment and follow up for positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing and Tourism teams.
