Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels in Jersey is seeking a Sales & Events Executive for Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa to drive weddings and corporate events, handling enquiries, converting leads into bookings and supporting sales targets.

You will manage administration, contracts, invoices, and liaise with operations to ensure flawless delivery, working a full-time 5 out of 7 shift, with weekend rota and opportunities for flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales & events environment, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Good local knowledge of competitors and area attractions.
• Working knowledge of Opera is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries and convert leads into bookings for weddings and events.
• Support delivery of events and sales targets by maintaining accurate records and following up on enquiries.
• Oversee admin: contracts, invoices and documentation, liaising with operations for smooth delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams; attend regular meetings.
• Work a full-time 40-hour week, 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota.
