Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels, Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, in St Helier, Jersey, is seeking a Sales & Events Executive. This full-time role involves managing weddings and events, handling enquiries, and driving bookings to hit KPIs.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £15.46, service charge, and a range of colleague benefits. 40 hours per week with weekends on a rota basis, on-site employment at a 5-star property.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales & events within a hotel environment.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries and convert leads into bookings for weddings and events.
• Oversee Sales & Events administration including contracts, invoices and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Attend regular meetings and coordinate with operations for flawless execution.
