Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels, Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, in St Helier, Jersey, is seeking a Sales & Events Executive. This full-time role involves managing weddings and events, handling enquiries, and driving bookings to hit KPIs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Opera is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries and convert leads into bookings for weddings and events.
• Oversee Sales & Events administration including contracts, invoices and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Attend regular meetings and coordinate with operations for flawless execution.

What will the role involve?

You will support the delivery of weddings and events by managing enquiries, converting leads into bookings and helping to achieve sales targets and KPIs. The role involves overseeing all Sales & Events administration, including maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, issuing contracts and following up on enquiries. You will build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, attend regular team meetings, and work closely with operational departments to ensure the smooth planning and delivery of events.

This is a full‑time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
