Job summary

Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa in Jersey is seeking a Sales & Events Executive to support weddings and events by managing enquiries, converting leads into bookings, and helping to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

The role oversees all Sales & Events administration, including records, invoices, contracts, and follow-ups. Previous similar experience is required.

Salary: £15.46 per hour + service charge + excellent colleague benefits
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | 5 days out of 7
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Sales & Events Executive at Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. You will support the delivery of weddings and events by managing enquiries, converting leads into bookings and helping to achieve sales targets and KPIs. The role involves overseeing all Sales & Events administration, including maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, issuing contracts and following up on enquiries. Previous similar experience would be required.
