Job description

A super Nanny position has become available in Cheltenham, 4 days a week for a 3 month old baby.

This dynamic and career driven couple are looking for a nanny who has baby experience and building routines, including feeding, sleep, and developmental support. Having the confidence in recognising and responding to a baby’s needs and who is organised and proactive in managing the nursery and baby-related tasks. The ideal nanny will be someone who is warm, nurturing, and calm under pressure, professional, discreet, and respectful of family privacy, flexible and adaptable, with a supportive “can-do” attitude, reliable, trustworthy, and committed to a long-term placement.

The family values a warm, collaborative relationship with their nanny. They would like a nanny to provide guidance and support where required with the child’s routines and schedules. This position offers security and longevity as the family hope to welcome future children and would like the Nanny to be an integral part of their future. Someone who can bring both structure and flexibility, while creating a nurturing and positive environment, will thrive in this role.

You will be responsible for all child care related duties and be proactive in ensuring the home runs smoothly. They do employ a Housekeeper who also helps with laundry and keeping the child’s clothes and room tidy and clean. They would like a Nanny who is happy to travel with the family in the UK and internationally. There will also be some babysitting and occasional overnights required.

They live in a beautiful modern home, within close proximity to the centre of Cheltenham. They have a large garden, pool, cinema, gym and playroom. It is situated off the main road in a private gated estate.
