Job summary

The Woolpack in Banstead, part of Shepherd Neame, is seeking a Bar Team Member for a seasonal, part-time role. You’ll greet guests, serve drinks and meals, and help keep the bar inviting.

No experience needed—training provided. You’ll enjoy hourly pay up to £12.80, a tips share, staff discounts on food and drink, early wage access, a pension, and opportunities to develop across our pubs, Brewery and Support Office.

The Woolpack is located at the heart of Banstead and is a community locals pub that can trace its roots back to the 18th century. It is set at the heart of village life, offering a varied menu of freshly cooked food and also for serving superb real ales and lagers from Shepherd Neame, Britain’s oldest brewer.
