Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, Office 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
• Incident Resolution: Addressing technical issues escalated from 2nd line support
• Project Rollouts: Implementing projects such as Office 365 migrations
• System Maintenance: Performing updates, troubleshooting network issues, applying patches
• User Support: Assisting staff with hardware, software, or internet problems
• Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider 3rd line team and assisting with complex technical problems
• Documentation: Logging issues, solutions, and system changes
