Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
• Resolving Incidents: Address technical problems escalated from 2nd line support.
• Project Rollouts: e.g., complete Office 365 deployments
• Maintain Systems: Perform updates, troubleshoot network issues, and apply patches.
• User Support: Assist staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
• Team Collaboration: Support the 3rd line team and assist with larger technical issues or projects.
• Documentation: Record issues, solutions, and system changes.
