Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity.
• Incident Resolution: Resolve technical issues escalated from 2nd line support.
• Project Rollouts: Deployment of solutions such as complete Office 365 migrations.
• System Maintenance: Perform regular updates, troubleshoot network issues, and apply patches.
• User Support: Assist staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
• Team Collaboration: Support the wider 3rd line team and assist with larger technical challenges or projects.
• Documentation: Record issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
