Job summary

South Bromsgrove High Academy Trust is seeking a 3G ATP Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the 3G Astroturf Pitch. This role is on an as needed basis, with potential evening and weekend work to accommodate bookings and events.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the facility, coordinating maintenance and cleaning, handling lettings-related finances, collecting usage data, and maintaining good relations with users and stakeholders. First aid training will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the premises and ensure the facility is ready for use, secure at end of day
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning and litter disposal with Facilities Manager and School Project Manager
• Handle daily lettings-related finances as needed
• Collect usage data and report to School Project Manager
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external users and stakeholders
• Act as a First Aider (training provided if needed)
• Follow safeguarding policy at all times
