Job summary

South Bromsgrove High Academy Trust is seeking a 3G ATP Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the 3G Astroturf Pitch. This role is on an as needed basis, with potential evening and weekend work to accommodate bookings and events.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the facility, coordinating maintenance and cleaning, handling lettings-related finances, collecting usage data, and maintaining good relations with users and stakeholders. First aid training will be provided if needed.

Job Title: 3G ATP Assistant

Location: South Bromsgrove High Academy Trust

Responsible to: 3G Pitch Supervisor

Contract: Hours to be worked on an as needed basis by mutual agreement. May include some evening and weekend work.

Job Purpose:

To assist on an as needed basis with the day to day operation of the South Bromsgrove High Academy Trust 3G Astroturf Pitch in accordance with the Academy's policies/procedures, practices and strategies.

Principal Duties:

• To open/close the premises, to ensure that the facility is ready for use and is closed/secured at the end of each day.
• To liaise with the Academy's Facilities Manager and School Project Manager to arrange maintenance, cleaning and litter collection/disposal, ensuring that the centre is maintained in a good state of repair.
• To handle daily financial matters relating to lettings as necessary.
• To collect performance data, such as usage figures, and report back to School Project Manager.
• To maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers including the public, Schools, Community Groups, Sports Clubs and Stakeholders.
• To act as a First Aider (training will be provided where the relevant certificate is not currently held).
• To follow The Academy's Safeguarding Policy at all times.
