Job summary

Woolmer Hill School is seeking a flexible on-call assistant to support the operation of the 3G Astroturf Pitch at the South Bromsgrove High Academy Trust. You will open and secure the premises, coordinate with facilities staff for maintenance and cleaning, and assist with lettings administration as needed.

The role involves handling usage data, liaising with stakeholders, and providing First Aid when required (training provided if not held).

Qualifications

• Role requires ability to open/close premises and secure the site.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager for maintenance, cleaning and litter disposal.
• Handle daily financial matters related to lettings as necessary.
• Collect usage data and report to School Project Manager.
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external users.
• Act as First Aider (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Open/close the premises and secure the site daily.
• Liaise with the Academy's Facilities Manager to arrange maintenance and cleaning.
• Handle daily financial matters relating to lettings as necessary.
• Collect performance data (usage figures) and report to the School Project Manager.
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers including the public and clubs.
• Provide First Aid where required (training available).
