A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator to enhance training and development within their Surgical, Trauma, and Orthopaedics team. Are you passionate about clinicaleducation and ready for a new challenge? We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Educator to jointhe team in CBU2, which includes Surgical, Trauma, and Orthopaedics.
This secondment provides an excellent opportunity for professionaldevelopment in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You will workunder the guidance of the Lead Clinical Educator based in ICU, with responsibilitiesof designing, planning, facilitating and delivering high-quality education andtraining across CBU2. This will allow you to develop your skills as anautonomous practitioner, whilst also being a key part of dynamicmultidisciplinary teams.
This secondment is a fantasticopportunity to gain experience in a clinical educator role, build on your leadershipand management skills, and contribute meaningfully to the development of othersin busy and diverse clinical areas.

KeyResponsibilities:
Assess and respond to the educational anddevelopmental needs of staff within CBU2
Design, implement, and evaluate educationalprograms that support clinical excellence
Promote evidence-based practice and lifelonglearning within the multidisciplinary team
Support the induction and continuing developmentof new and existing staff
Collaborate closely with ward managers, seniorclinicians, and the wider education team
Contribute to quality improvement and servicedevelopment through education
