Barnsley Hospital is seeking a Clinical Educator to join their team in CBU2. This role involves designing, planning, and delivering high-quality education and training. The successful candidate will work closely with various clinical teams to enhance staff development and promote best practices in a supportive environment.

Are you passionate about clinical education and ready for a new challenge? We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Educator to join the team in CBU2, which includes Surgical, Trauma, and Orthopaedics.
This secondment provides an excellent opportunity for professional development in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You will work under the guidance of the Lead Clinical Educator based in ICU, with responsibilities of designing, planning, facilitating, and delivering high-quality education and training across CBU2. This will allow you to develop your skills as an autonomous practitioner while being a key part of dynamic multidisciplinary teams.
This secondment is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a clinical educator role, build leadership and management skills, and contribute to the development of others in busy and diverse clinical areas.
