Job summary

Kelling Group is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Assistant to support the recruitment function across multiple sites. You will manage a portfolio of operational vacancies through the full 360 process—from vacancy briefing and attraction to screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.

The role requires proactive, organised individuals with strong communication and experience using an ATS like UKG, plus ability to work at pace with hiring managers and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a full 360 recruitment process, either in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting operational, engineering, transport, logistics or high-volume roles is advantageous.
• Confident sourcing and screening candidates directly with minimal reliance on agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for an agreed portfolio of operational vacancies across the business.
• Take vacancy briefs from hiring managers and understand role requirements, timescales and candidate profiles.
• Advertise vacancies across relevant recruitment channels and source candidates.
