Venture Placements in Oldbury is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a well established independent agency. The role focuses on developing new business and placing top candidates across temp and perm markets.

You will build strong client relationships, provide quality candidates, and enjoy an excellent basic salary with commission, plus mentoring and a supportive team, in a friendly working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a 360 recruitment consultant.
• Experience recruiting in either the temp or perm markets.
• Strong business development and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build up good relationships with clients by providing quality candidates for their business so they return for repeat business.
• Drive new business development and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Sell candidates effectively and manage the recruitment process end to end.
