Active Personnel is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant in Oldham to join an established industrial team. This is a hands-on 360 role focusing on the temps sector, with a market-leading commission package alongside a base salary of up to £35K dependent on experience.

You will build strong new business relationships, become the go-to recruiter in your region, and have the opportunity to progress toward divisional manager or lead your own team in the future, supported by tailored development plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience in an agency environment.
• Experience in the fast-moving industrial/manufacturing temps sector.
• Strong new-business development skills.
• Comfortable using leading-edge recruitment technology.
