Job summary

ES Recruit in Bury is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This office-based role focuses on blue collar recruitment, with opportunity to manage your own desk, develop client relationships and grow the business in a supportive, ambitious environment.

You will handle the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, sourcing and screening for temporary, contract and permanent roles, and building a strong client base.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, blue collar recruitment preferred.
• Experience in M&E or Construction is desirable, but other sectors with strong recruitment background considered.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Confident communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Source, screen and place candidates into temporary, contract and permanent roles.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your own client base.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (some flexibility available)

Commission: 35% on billings over threshold

Holiday: 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Ideally, you’ll have experience recruiting within the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or Construction sectors, although we’re open to recruiters from other industries who have a strong background in blue collar recruitment.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated recruiter who enjoys running their own desk, developing client relationships and growing their business within a supportive and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to candidate placement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sourcing, screening and placing suitable candidates into temporary, contract and permanent roles.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing your own client base.
• Working towards individual targets and contributing to the growth of the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within blue collar recruitment.
• Experience within M&E or Construction is desirable, but other sectors will be considered.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident communication and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a drive to succeed.
