Pin Point Recruitment in Wallington is seeking a driven 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment cycle across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and production. You will develop new business and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a 360 recruitment role.
• Industrial recruitment experience preferred; other high-volume sectors considered.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop client accounts.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, resilient and results-focused
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Full UK driving licence for client meetings and site visits.

Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys winning new business, building strong client relationships and managing the full recruitment process?

We’re looking for a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Wallington. This is a great opportunity for a driven recruiter who wants to take ownership of a desk, develop new business and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates across the industrial sector.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle across sectors including warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and production.

You’ll be responsible for developing new business while delivering a reliable, responsive recruitment service to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and identify opportunities to grow your desk
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Attend client meetings and site visits
• Advertise vacancies and proactively source suitable candidates
• Recruit through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and our internal database

About You
