Job summary

ES Recruit in Bury, Greater Manchester, is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This on-site role offers Monday–Friday hours (8:30am–5:30pm) with some flexibility, and a performance-based commission structure on billings.

You will recruit predominantly within blue collar sectors, especially M&E or Construction, and will enjoy running your own desk while building strong client relationships in a supportive, ambitious team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• Experience in blue collar recruitment is preferred.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from BD through to candidate placement.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into temporary, contract and permanent roles.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing your client base.
• Working towards targets and contributing to business growth.

Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting within the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or Construction sectors, although we're open to recruiters from other industries who have a strong background in blue collar recruitment.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated recruiter who enjoys running their own desk, developing client relationships and growing their business within a supportive and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to candidate placement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sourcing, screening and placing suitable candidates into temporary, contract and permanent roles.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing your own client base.
• Working towards individual targets and contributing to the growth of the business.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within blue collar recruitment.
• Experience within M&E or Construction is desirable, but other sectors will be considered.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Confident communication and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a drive to succeed.
