Job summary

Capital R2R in the UK is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established engineering recruiter. You will own a desk, develop it, and work with back-office support. You can operate as a 360 recruiter on permanent and contract roles with ongoing demand.

The role offers a competitive salary (£28k–£45k) plus uncapped commission, plus WFH one day per week and a supportive office environment for progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in 360 recruitment.
• Demonstrable billing success.
• Engineering or related sector background preferable.
• Business development skills to win and retain clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, driven and commercially focused.
• Willing to pick up the phone.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive growth.
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline within Engineering disciplines.
• Source, interview and place high-quality candidates in line with client requirements.
• Proactively develop business through telephone and face-to-face engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver a professional, consultative service.

Location: RuncornSalary: £28k to £45k plus commissionDual desk1 day WFHNo threshold on perm revenueWe are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established Engineering Recruiter based in Runcorn working within a dynamic and professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant with a proven track record to take ownership of a desk and develop it further, with the full support of a wider network and excellent back office facilities.There are a number of roles you can work on from day 1 as they currently have more jobs they can fill but still expect someone to be able to operate as a 360 and also find roles to fill themselves, though there will be plenty to keep you busy in the interim.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive business growth.
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline within Engineering (most sectors and disciplines such as M&E, Piping, EC&!).
• Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates in line with client requirements.
• Proactively develop business through both telephone and face-to-face engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver a professional, consultative service at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months' experience in 360 recruitment, will also look at a resourcer
• Demonstrable track record of billing success
• Background within Engineering or related sector preferable
• Business development skills with the ability to win and retain clients
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive, driven, and commercially focused
