Job summary

ES Recruit in Bury is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to own and grow a blue-collar recruitment desk. You will manage the full lifecycle from business development to candidate placement, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored talent solutions.

The role is office-based, with Monday–Friday hours 8:30am–5:30pm and some flexibility. You’ll join a supportive team offering clear progression and strong earning potential through uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably in blue collar sectors.
• Ability to develop client relationships and win new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from BD to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Source, screen and place candidates in temporary, contract and permanent roles.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your client base.
• Work towards targets to contribute to business growth.

ES Recruit is looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Bury.

Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting within the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or Construction sectors, although we're open to recruiters from other industries who have a strong background in blue collar recruitment.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated recruiter who enjoys running their own desk, developing client relationships and growing their business within a supportive and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to candidate placement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sourcing, screening and placing suitable candidates into temporary, contract and permanent roles.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing your own client base.
• Working towards individual targets and contributing to the growth of the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within blue collar recruitment.
• Experience within M&E or Construction is desirable, but other sectors will be considered.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Confident communication and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a drive to succeed.
