Job summary

ES Recruit is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bury (Office Based). The role focuses on Mechanical & Electrical or Construction sectors, with a strong emphasis on building client relationships and running your own desk.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, sourcing and screening, and delivering temporary, contract, and permanent placements while pursuing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in blue collar sectors or similar.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and grow a desk.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from BD to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Source, screen and place candidates into temp, contract and permanent roles.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your client base.
• Work towards personal targets and contribute to business growth.
