PPM Recruitment, based in Birmingham, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant with a Construction or M&E background to join the team. The role focuses on filling a high volume of vacancies across permanent and temporary departments, with hours from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidates will have strong B2B sales skills, be self-motivated and resilient, and capable of building lasting client relationships while achieving revenue targets.

• Proven ability to win new business and manage client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to consistently hit revenue targets.

Responsabilidades

• New business gained through structured, consultative approach.
• Manage, nurture and build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Understand client vacancy requirements and future work.
• Source suitable applicants, assess knowledge and skills, and build relationships.
• Obtain candidate RTW documentation, certificates and licences.
• Maintain and update the database with customer and candidate records.
