Job summary

Maxwell Bond is recruiting for a New Business Consultant in Altrincham to join one of the UK’s leading contractor payroll providers. You will handle inbound contractor enquiries, explain the service, build confidence and convert enquiries into customers.

This fast-paced telephone sales role offers short sales cycles, uncapped commission, and on-target earnings of around £65,000 with a £32,000 base. Monday–Friday, free onsite parking, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a telephone-based sales role.
• Experience closing business over the phone.
• Strong track record against sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent objection handling and communication skills.
• High levels of resilience, organisation and tenacity.
• Genuine desire to maximise earnings through commission.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound enquiries from prospective contractors.
• Closing new business over the telephone.
