Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking Production Operatives for its Sandycroft site on a permanent basis. The role involves working Sunday to Thursday from 17:00 to 01:00, in a chilled factory environment, preparing poultry products for customers.

Full training is provided, including Level 1 and Level 2 Health & Safety certifications. No prior experience is required; a positive attitude and ability to work as part of a busy team are valued.

• Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not required.
• Full training provided including Health & Safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing poultry products in a chilled environment.
• Handle tasks such as portioning, filleting, deboning, or processing whole birds as directed.
• Work with team to meet production targets and maintain safety and quality standards.

The hours of work and shift patterns are: Sunday to Thursday 17:00-01:00

In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. Depending on your team, duties may include handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality. Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 and Level 2 Health & Safety certification.
