• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
• Experience with SQL would be very advantageous

We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an IT Support Professional to join their growing technology team.

You'll be a key part of the IT function, ensuring colleagues receive a high level of technical support while contributing to ongoing technology projects and improvements.

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across the organisation.
