Job summary

Morson Edge (Technology) is seeking an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join a growing technical team. You will provide hands-on support across servers, networking, Microsoft 365 and wider infrastructure, owning technical issues and acting as a reliable point of contact for users and clients.

Qualifications

• 2nd Line experience across servers, networking and Microsoft 365.
• Strong DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switching, routing and VPNs knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing communication.
• Experience with structured ticketing and support processes.
• Experience with firewalls, Wi‑Fi, Hyper‑V/VMware, ITIL or PSA systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support across servers, networking and Microsoft 365.
• Own technical issues and troubleshoot effectively; be a reliable contact for users and clients.
• Progress toward more senior technical roles over time within a Service Desk focus.
