Qualifications

• Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role within an MSP.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line technical support within an MSP environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and service requests.
• Work with 1st line to assist with issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
