Job summary

Our client, a leading MSP, is seeking a 2nd Line Engineer to join on a full-time, six-month contract. You will handle daily tickets, provide expert technical support to a diverse client base, and contribute to both daily tasks and project work. Access to your own vehicle is required due to office location.

Role includes on-site visits, troubleshooting, and collaboration with a team of engineers to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an IT-related role.
• MSP experience is advantageous.
• Able to provide high-level technical support and handle tickets.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012-2022 and Windows Desktop 7/11.
• Knowledge of Office 365, DNS/Routing/Switching, VMware, Azure, and AD.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily tickets from clients, including software, hardware faults, and updates.
• Attend client sites to fix on-site faults and hardware issues.
• Provide high-level technical support with strong customer service.
• Work on day-to-day support tasks and project work.
• Be the go-to for questions from other Engineers.
