Job summary

Antares Global Management Ltd. is seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst with SharePoint administration in London on a fixed term contract. You will provide Level 2 IT support, own incidents to resolution, and administer SharePoint Online including permissions and external sharing.

The role requires strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, PowerShell, and Power Automate skills. You will work with stakeholders to understand requirements, maintain governance, and ensure SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• Two years of SharePoint & Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Strong incident handling and problem resolution skills.
• Able to document processes and provide user guidance clearly.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of escalated incidents and requests through resolution.
• Support end users and manage devices across the estate.
• Maintain and update the corporate Windows image and access controls.
• Administer SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and permissions.
• Manage external sharing in line with security and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and support site improvements and migrations.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and connectors.
• Collaborate with users to translate requirements into SharePoint/Power Platform solutions.
• Apply governance, security and licensing controls; document changes.
