Amita (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our growing MSP in Middlewich. You will provide hands-on technical support across Microsoft 365, Windows and networking, with a focus on resolving complex incidents at customer sites.

You will install and configure hardware, troubleshoot servers and network equipment, and play a key role in onboarding new clients while developing your skills as the business expands.

Qualificações

• Practical IT support experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good Microsoft 365, Windows and networking knowledge.
• Willingness to develop skills and hands-on field engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Providing second-line technical support across a varied customer base.
• Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows desktops and servers.
• Diagnosing networking, firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
• Installing and configuring desktops, laptops, servers, switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Attending customer premises for installations, hardware replacements and fault-finding.
• Troubleshooting network ports, patch panels, cabling connections and comms cabinets.
• Supporting cloud infrastructure, backup systems, endpoint security and remote management platforms.
• Assisting with customer onboarding, infrastructure upgrades, migrations and technical projects.
• Working with experienced colleagues to resolve complex issues and explore new technologies.
• Contributing to improvements in the way we deliver IT services.
