Neoci Ltd in West Midlands is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our growing MSP team. You will provide technical support across Microsoft technologies, networking and virtualization, handling escalations and maintaining customer IT infrastructure.

You’ll work hybrid across multiple client environments, resolve issues, document solutions and contribute to uptime and service levels. A full UK driving licence is required and there are clear opportunities for technical development.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience providing 2nd Line IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and associated apps.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID and Windows Server.
• Solid networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPNs.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops in business IT environments.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and SLAs.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused problem solving.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Provide 2nd Line technical support to customers, resolving hardware, software, networking and infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune environments.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, user permissions, Group Policy and related infrastructure.
• Diagnose networking issues involving firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, switches and internet connectivity.
• Support virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Assist with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam).
• Provide support for VoIP and telephony systems (3CX).
• Manage and resolve support tickets in line with SLAs.
• Assist with customer onboarding, deployments and infrastructure improvements.
• Attend customer sites when required to provide technical assistance.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and communicate effectively with customers.
