Job summary

Neoci Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Engineer (mid to senior) for an office-based role in Southampton. You will own tickets end-to-end, support Microsoft 365, cloud environments and cybersecurity solutions, and collaborate on onboarding, migrations and IT projects.

The role requires a hands-on engineer comfortable across Microsoft technologies, security and end-user devices, with MSP experience preferred and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and modern Microsoft cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service desk workloads.
• Take ownership of tickets from diagnosis to resolution.
• Provide remote support from Southampton office.
• Configure and deploy Windows PCs, laptops, and Mac devices.
• Support onboarding, migrations and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with cybersecurity and endpoint security requirements.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and customer information.
